Leslieville’s own Twisted Knickers is delighted to be playing GovFest tonight here on its home turf at the Duke. Twisted Knickers is the Swiss Army Knife of cover bands. Its members, seasoned from years of playing together at the Leslieville Open Jam, can handle just about anything. Tonight they’ll be serving up neo-soul, 70s Glam Rock, an 80s Power Ballad, some 90s Dream Pop, a 2000s Indie Anthem and more, all with searing guitar tones and lovely vocal harmonies.
